SPIP reconnaît un certain nombre de formats de fichier dans sa boucle DOCUMENTS.
La réaction de SPIP lorsqu’il ne reconnaît pas une extension est de zipper ce fichier pour des raisons de sécurité. Par exemple, cela évite que le script d’un fichier php soit exécuté lors de l’ajout de ce fichier aux documents joints (d’un article ou d’une rubrique).
Si vous désirez ajouter un format de fichier supplémentaire, par exemple un powerpoint (pps), vous devez ajouter ce format à la table spip_types_documents de votre base de données par l’intermédiaire de phpMyAdmin [1].
