The |heures_minutes filter is applied to a date and returns the hours and minutes.
[(#DATE|heures_minutes)] will display for example 17h26min.
As of SPIP 4.0, the filter accepts as an optional argument "abbr" when you do not wish to indicate the minutes unit.
[(#DATE|heures_minutes{abbr})]
will display, for example: 17h26
