Move to the ecrire/ directory with your FTP client, delete the file inc-connect.php3, and also the file .htaccess if it exists. Then use the standard installation procedure (see Installing SPIP).
Important: the reinstallation procedure doesn’t erase the database (sections, articles, etc.). It simply re-creates an administrator access to the site with correct login files.
